All Lanes Closed Except One in Palm Springs Truck Collision

On the eastbound Interstate 10 just northwest of Palm Springs, two trucks crashed and caused all but one lane to close Monday night and into Tuesday morning. The California Highway Patrol reports that one of the trucks involved in the accident was carrying almonds which spilled and covered the lanes. As a result of the truck accident, one of the drivers was trapped for more than 45 minutes, but luckily no injuries were reported.

In the above situation, no one was seriously injured, but Palm Springs truck accidents can often cause many injuries because of the size of the vehicles. If colliding with another vehicle, broken bones can be common as well as internal damage and other trauma. You should be aware that if a truck accident is the result of another driver’s negligence then you may be entitled to some compensation for injuries and damages.

Have you been involved in a Palm Springs truck accident? These accidents should be taken seriously by all those involved in them. You can pursue compensation from the driver who has caused the truck accident. In order to do this, it is in your best interest to contact the police to report the accident, along with seeking out medical attention for any and all injuries. If you’ve been involved in a Palm Springs truck accident please contact our Palm Springs truck accident attorneys at (888) 810-0939 to begin moving forward with your case.
